If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our services, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellations. The following terms are applicable for any services or certificates that You purchase with Us.

• Certificates / Services refer to the ISO certification processing and related documentation offered by Us.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
• Website refers to INDIA ISO SERVICES, accessible from https://indiaiso.com/.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation and Refund Rights

Because INDIA ISO SERVICES acts as a 3rd-party certificate provider, costs are incurred the moment the certification process is initiated and registered. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly governed by the stage of your application:

1. Non-Refundable Condition (Post-Issuance)

Strict Policy: Once the soft copy of the certificate has been issued and shared with You, the paid amount becomes completely non-refundable.

Since the certification is generated and processed by 3rd-party authorities on your behalf, we cannot reverse the process or recover the costs once the soft copy is finalized.

2. Eligible Cancellations (Pre-Issuance)

You are entitled to request an order cancellation and refund only if the request is made before the soft copy of your certificate is issued.

If we have already shared a draft with you for review, but the final soft copy has not yet been processed, partial or full refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company, deducting any processing fees incurred up to that point.

How to Request a Cancellation

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation (prior to soft copy issuance), You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us by:

If your refund request is approved, We will reimburse You within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any penalty fees for such reimbursement.
